It has come to our knowledge that certain unidentified persons are impersonating as employees of Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited (“KAAML”) and communicate through WhatsApp Groups and other social media platforms and are fraudulently inducing general public to invest monies with promises of high returns.

The fraudsters also induce the innocent public to attend events which are purported to be organized by employees of KAAML or ask the members of the WhatsApp group to trade through bogus applications, links of which are shared over WhatsApp or Telegram for public to download and make investments.

We want to caution everyone that neither KAAML nor any of its partners, directors, or employees have organized any investment related events or operating any platforms/groups on WhatsApp or Telegram. We do not accept responsibility for any messages posted on such platforms or groups, and engaging in any such interactions or transactions will be solely at your own risk.

We strongly urge the public to exercise vigilance and conduct thorough due diligence before participating in or entrusting their funds to any social media platforms or groups claiming to be managed by employees of KAAML or affiliation with our Company.
